TKH Vision is a global group of machine vision technology leaders providing complementing 2D vision components and solutions. With a distinct customer-centric approach, the machine vision experts prioritize tailoring solutions to various customer needs, fostering enduring relationships built on trust and excellence. Within this group we are looking for a Sales Manager / Hunter for industrial automation, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the US market. You will be representing the product portfolios of two TKH Vision brands - Allied Vision and SVS Vistek. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the US market, leveraging industry trends and market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential new customers, utilizing various sources such as web research, social media, and industry events to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential value, employing techniques such as needs analysis, budget analysis, and decision-maker mapping to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value and benefits of our vision/camera solutions, highlighting how they can meet the client's overall business needs, future plans, and potential requirements.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with senior management at targeted firms, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and preferences.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities, from initial client communication to on-site presentations, client workshops, negotiation, and deal signing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and progress, including forecasting and pipeline management, to ensure accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business development and application engineering, to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers' business and technology needs, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vision or technology industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to identify and close new business opportunities, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically 12 to 18 months in duration, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to a variety of audiences, including senior management and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting, including the ability to track and manage a sales pipeline, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and a high customer orientation, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel (domestically and occasionally internationally) to meet with clients and attend industry events, with a valid passport and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
